RE: Idea for more satellites in short time



If I'm not mistaken, 1.2 GHz is not open to all countries, yet it was
used as an uplink on AO40.

Depends on the orbit, of course.  But, the issue was whether or not we
have 
an allocation to the amateur-satellite service at 3.4 GHz.  The answer
is 
"yes" with limitations.  We don't have to like the answer.  That's just
the 
way it is.
