[amsat-bb] UO-11's Birthday

Hi Folks,

  So far today (as at approx 4pm UTC) we have received over 30 UO-11
reception reports (about 6 of which hace been of the 2.4 GHz Tx).

  If you have heard UO-11 today (its 20th Birthday) please go to
