But more sats available?

(hl) Satellite firm ready to start Gilbert factory

Spectrum Astro opened its state-of-the-art factor in Gilbert last week and
will start making satellites there next month.
The facility is the first in Arizona capable of manufacturing and testing
satellite equipment. In the past, the company shipped satellites to other
states for testing.
"Now, they'll go straight to the launch site," President Dave Thompson said.
Gilbert's largest employer offered the media and employees a sneak peak
inside the mammoth structure on the southwestern corner of McQueen and
Elliot roads before closing the $37M facility to the public.
White, sterile walls loom 73 feet high and tan floors stretch out over
115,000 square feet. Worthy of a sci-fi movie set, one testing room boasts
a 120,000-watt woofer to emulate the sounds of a space launch. Another is
a circular thermal vacuum chamber with temperatures ranging from -150C to
+180C.
Spectrum Astro plans to expand on the facility over the next several years,
but it still has offices near McQueen and Baseline roads.

This place is 5 miles west of home!
