RE: AO-27 Off on West Coast Pass at 02:38z



AO27 was silent on the 2 passes I listened to today:
1606 UTC and 1746 UTC. No digital and analog signals heard.

AO-27 did not turn on at ~02:38z for the Digital Med.  The Analog Med did 
not come on 20 seconds later, and the Digital Med did not follow 6 minutes 
after that.
