[amsat-bb] DSP-2232 battery replacement

Hi,

Got a note from an old friend about replacing the battery in the DSP-2232.
It is called out as a 3 volt Lithium battery, with part number BT1.  It
shouldn't be hard to find a replacement that will work, but has anybody done
this and got a part number I can pass to him?
