[amsat-bb] ISS Freq Split 145.8/145.99 again

Hello folks the ISS digipeater is ACTIVE on orbit 29982 + 60 mins,
Feb 20 2004, 19.20 hours local time.

The TX/RX split has changed back to 145.990 MHz TX and 145.800 MHz RX

Fm VK3UKF To APRS Via ARISS,GATE,WIDE,INETZX <UI pid=F0 Len=8 >[19:17:58]
sig test

Fm RS0ISS-3 To ID <UI pid=F0 Len=8 >[19:18:01]
RS0ISS/R

Fm VK3UKF To APRS Via RS0ISS-3*,GATE,WIDE,INETZX <UI pid=F0 Len=8 
 >[19:18:01]
sig test


, and I have just noticed a typo in my path, the 'S' is missing from SGATE, 
oh well, they wouldn't have gotten very far now would they?
