[amsat-bb] International EME Conference registration now open

The 11th International EME Conference will be held on
August 6, 7 and 8, 2004, at The College of New Jersey.

Everybody is welcome to attend, even if you are not
involved directly with Moonbouncing. Papers on VHF-UHF
and Microwave techniques will be presented, and they
will be of interest to a large number of radio
amateurs.

Registration for the Conference is now open. We are
also accepting papers for the Proceedings.
