[amsat-bb] AO-27 back on

Checked the schedule and it looks like it's back on for 6 minutes per pass 
in the evening.  I wasn't here for the passes here on the west coast, but 
will be tomorrow.

Thanks to the Control Ops for their continuing excellent job (and frequent 
updates to the web site.)
