Yes, add a K9EK tube amp and you can easily have strong 2.3 GHz off the
moon. Actually with the 7-12' dishes people are running, 1.2 and 2.3 GHz
moonbounce is quite doable with about 100-200W at the feedpoint. Less if
you use the JT44 mode..
