[amsat-bb] Could JARL sponsor a HEO satellite

Hello all - specially friends in Japan,
JARL has put up three satellites FO-12, FO-20 and FO-29. They all
worked/work
very well, and FO-29 is still providing service to us.
That is a 100 % success rate as far as I know.
What are the chances that JARL will sponsor a high orbit satellite in the
near future ?
