[amsat-bb] satellite names

Wouldn't it be simplest for lotw/adif folks to take the
names as they appear in NOVA?  This is consistent with how
the KEPS are named.  

A short note to whomever is reponsible for lotw @ arrl
should be enough to get this fixed.  Or am I missing
something?
