Hi, Art;

Not knowing what you'd like to do with the PCR, it's difficult to make any
meaningful recommendations; however, if you work or plan to work AO-40 (I'm
keeping my fingers crossed) and/or the upcoming P3E birds, you'll likely
want to be able to monitor their passbands a la spectrum analyzer style.  A
program called TalkPCR will allow you to do that.  You can download an
