Re: 100BaseT Woes




It's VERY unlikely that you'll find any Category 5 cable that's shielded.
Almost universally, ethernet over twisted pair uses Unshielded Twisted Pair
(UTP) cables.

The ferrite core approach might work, though.  I think you can buy 
these from Radio Shack.
