[amsat-bb] 4U1UN activation, possibly AO27

Hello the net:      "HEADS UP for new DX"

I have just found out that 4U1UN, the UN HQ in New York City will be 
activated this friday, 30 Jan starting ~1400Z

Ops will be Henry KT1J,    Bernie W3UR,   his daughter Christa KB3JIU, 
 and Steve KU9C

Please contact these folks and assist them in determining the need for 
satellite operations at the UN HQ.
Maybe a loan of a dual band HT and Arrow antenna would be helpful.

4U1UN will be a new DXCC entity for me.

3 passes of AO27 should  be available friday evening.   Another 3 on 
saturday evening, if the operation continues.
