[amsat-bb] MARS rise & set times

Bob, a quick search on the internet gives me:

http://www.marsbase.net/m/sunrise-sunset-marsrise-marsset.php

this page will calculate the rise, transit (highest elevation) & set times
for the planet MARS for any point on Earth for any date.  If Mars is above
the horizon then you are in it's "footprint"
