[amsat-bb] QHA design for 435 MHz

I have seen the excellent descriptions for the QHA antennae for 136 and
144 MHz and as the author has said that he has not had success in
scaling for 435 MHz, I wonder if anyone has done it and if so where
could I get details.

I would like to get some up for the LEO's especially when my rotors are
not tracking OK as is the case now.
