better idea than MARS in Instantrack

Back when I was first writing IT, I had plans to put in the planets, but 
that was 1989!  Time has moved on.  Today there are wonderful astronomy 
programs like Starry Night that can do this and more.  You can do things 
like look to see where the terminator is on Mars, so you can see when dawn 
hits the rovers.  You can see the elevation angle to earth from the rover 
site on mars to see when communication with earth is possible.  All this 
and more is done with wonderful infinitely zoomable modern graphics and a 
few mouse clicks.  When you're bored with that you can sit on one of the 
moons of Neptune and watch the others fly around you.
