Re: RE: AO-40 passband usage



At the risk of sounding negative, which I don't mean to do, I think the 
solution is "another HEO *with the lessons of AO-40 learned, 
included*"...meaning:
LEILA implementation issues (e.g., L-band application, notch width, 
falsing, frequency accuracy, length of siren, etc.)
L-AGC
Radar mitigation (if possible)
others I can't think of right now :-)
