[amsat-bb] AO40 orbit 1486 transponder OFF

Hi All,
 
To day jan 25 2004  AO40 orbit 1486 at 18:07 UTC  
MA= 143.5 the S2 transponder is OFF
 
 The S2 transponder should be ON from MA 40 to MA 180
 
 The Matrix shows that actually only the MB is ON
 
 Any info about will be appreciated
