[amsat-bb] Predict function return value

Hello everyone,

The orbit phase value returned by the get_sat function while Predict is in 
server mode is different to that displayed during tracking mode. From 
observation, the value displayed in tracking mode is correct.

Is this a Predict bug or does the value returned by the get_sat function need 
to be manipulated in some way to produce the correct value?
