Leaves out all those without e-mail service, and the number is larger than 
one might expect.

That's part of our education mission and has many other intrinsic 
values.  Besides, the expense is balanced by related income.

How about a better economy?  (You mean I shouldn't have cut our 
losses?)  Frankly, if you can do a better job, I can use your advice.
