If we can cut something in the range of 80000$ int the above losses Echo is up and Eagle can be also if we 
accept to make right choices...

2-No annual AMSAT conference
3-Better securities management

There was 274358$ on two years to do something else than paying for:  paper, stamps,social club gettogether 
and paying brokerage commissions on urealised results.

Did we want to have satellites up in space or rag chewing about portable parabolic unbrellas antennas? and 
dreaming alive on futuristic projects?  or remaining on solid ground and effectively affecting money where 
our mouth is HAM SATELLITE BUSINESS?

I know it is drastical and if you still want to have an annual gettogether call me!  I can organise one here 
at a price who will permit AMSAT to fill up the Echo gap.	Plus you will have to pay a lot less in loddging 
plus i can bring you aboard my boat to tour our near by UNESCO wildlife preserve. A survivor type adventure 
in the wild St-Lawrence Sorel 101 islands.
