[amsat-bb] Journal

After a lot of thought and discussion, I have come to the conclusion
that we should add the articles of the journal to electronic
distribution, but KEEP the published journal.. It has archive value and
what they call cocktail table value. I know I read the back journals
often when a topic comes up on the -bb that I wish further info on...
Call it cocktail table or another room in the house!!
