Amsat may be able to sell a CD containing multi year issues of the 
journal and raise money if they are not too costly to produce.

It would also be a good idea to use a compatible format that people 
could download if they desired, so they could burn their own CD.

Personally I like hard copy at leats initially, web sites seem to 
impersonal.  I, however like the ability to search through electronic 
media too, and maintain a referance file.
