Ditto.  Lets move into the electronic age.  Saves money.  Makes the 
information easier to find.  (Finding a back issue of a printed-on-paper 
journal in my house can be quite challenging.)

I read every other journal online now.  I access IEEE journals thru a 
subscription at work, and medical journals thru the local university.  I 
read newspapers online instead of by paper delivery via personal subscriptions.

The work to collect and edit and format the information is exactly the 
same.  The cost to deliver is much lower.  The value of having everything 
online in electronic form is very large.

This organization, after all, is all about electronic communication.
