[amsat-bb] time zone

Hi there;
  Trying to learn how to operate a computer and get instant track v 1.50
runnig for ao40.Is it necessary
to enter the time each time u open the program? Need to know how to change
time zone with a bat
file, im in est in michigan. Using windows 98. I entered the paramaters for
ao40 for epoch and the date
on the next line was 12-31 2000, does this sound right?        tnx    jim
