[amsat-bb] Journal minutes

Hi All, 
   just received my journal the other day and was surprised not to see any 
meeting minutes from the BOD meeting in Toronto.
  In past years we always have had 2 reports each year, 2003 only had one in 
March,the last two meetings have not been published, is this something that 
has been dropped and will no longer be done? 
   I thought it was a really good thing and kept one abreast of what was going 
on in the BOD and how different members felt about topics...

Hope the minutes come back...
