PSK-31 Satellite Transponder

Except when the 3 KHz SSB uplink bandwidth contains 20 or more
simultaneous users of PSK-31, all operating full duplex and able to chat
with anyone else in the pack of 20+ stations. And the downlink being FM,
what you see as far as Doppler is identical to what everyone else see's,
so there is no problem keeping the signals straight..
This is identical to the PSK-31 transponder on PCSAT2, and should be
a great experimental mode. Our RAFT satellite design also caries this
mode...
