Hi Bob,
This explains why it was so hard to copy on what would have otherwise been
a great west coast pass. I think this means we should go back to very
short compressed packets?
BTW - I never got any TLM on the Z+ panel current. The voltage looked
nominal, but never saw a report on the Z+ current.
