OK, John.....

You're obviously a creative guy with too much time on his hands,
who is waiting for the next satellite.  

Are you a talker or a do-er?  How much have you contributed
to the upcoming ECHO launch?  Time to add some more, buddy!

Let me shamelessly suggest the next verse of the song sing ECHO praises.
The bird has successfully passed integration testing...we need launch
funds!
