TH-D7 HT and D700 mobile settings for Sapphire:

1) Set TNC APRS mode
2) Tune to 145.945 TX on band A
3) Tune to 437.105 RX on band B  (tune it down to .990 during the pass)
4) Set APRS DATA BAND to TX:A and RX:B
5) Set APRS SPEED to 9600 baud
6) Set APRS PATH to KE6QMD
7) Set Packet rate to one per minute or so
8) Set Transmit to AUTO
9) Add the wildcard * to your MESSAGE GROUPS

EXPECTATIONS:  Sapphire has no routine peacket telemetry, so the only
packets you will hear are others like you...  Downlink transmitter is
pretty weak compared to other LEO birds.  But it hears just fine...

This is duplicative of some other posts, but I just found it stuck in my
outbasket since Nov and figured I may as well send it.
