When I was testing the phasing harness for the 70cm 14L Arrow, over a
period of 2 days, I made note of the uplink fading . I stated that the
signal was slightly better RHCP then HLP or VLP, big advantage was no
fading of the uplink. There was also a noticable difference between HLP and
VLP at different times of the orbit. I suggested that between the two, HLP
was better most of the time over VLP. RHCP was always better then LHCP.
