[amsat-bb] alon/alat in AO40 telemetry

Is the alon/alat in the AO40 telemetry manually updated by the command
stations?

If a very recent update of the AO40 status page on the AMSAT-DL web site
indicates a different alon/alat value from the telemetry, should I assume
that the web version is more likely to be the correct value?

Why isn't alon/alat included in the FEC blocks?
