[amsat-bb] Working birds while mobile?

Greetings,
I'm new to satellites. I've been in Ham Radio since 1975. Currently, I'm 
General class. My new work entails much driving (25k-30k/year).

Is it practical/worthwhile to attempt satellites while hurdling down the 
highway?

Feel free to contact me off-line to minimize traffic. Sorry if this has 
been already covered in depth! Thank you for any & all insights! :)
