Hi Gunther,

Thanks for posting this - it is very enlightening.  So the question that 
arises is how does AMSAT improve it's visibility?  Is there someone who is 
responsible for public relations with respect to ARISS?   It seems to me 
that specific to ARISS this should be the VP of HSP but maybe it's the 
unfilled position of VP of PR.
