[amsat-bb] G5400 woes

OK all you G5400 experts:
My elevation rotor has stopped going down.  Goes up fine.  Subbing in a 
spare control box did not fix the problem.  Is there any way this could be 
a cable problem, or is it time to hire a crane to swap out the rotor itself?
