[amsat-bb] Question on AO-40Rcv

Hello all,
I am using AO40Rcv regularly for saving the telemetry. In the latest
version 2 there is a function which I don't understand. Possibly any good
soul can explain.
In the left upper corner there is display of the phase shift inside a
circle. On the rim of the circle there is a small yellow bar travelling
around slowly. What is indicated by this tiny object?
