Bill,

To hazard a guess...
I'd say that they'd reflect RF judging by the fact that they must use 
some metalized coating to get them that shiny.  The real question I'd 
say is whether or not they'll focus the rf (are they a paraboloid?).  
Also that bears the question how close is good enough?
