Dave, when the passband is busy it seems LEILA cannot be everywhere at once,
so you can be significantly louder on UHF than you should be and never hear
the alarm. My point is, LEILA is not a good measure of if you are too loud.
Direct comparison to the beacon is the only way to do it right, IMHO.
