Sorry, I just noticed an error.

You need to have a 1/4 wavelength difference between one plane and the
other, not a half wavelength.
You need (a) one 50 ohm feeder 1/4 w/l longer than the other, and (b) a
power splitter made from two 1/4 w/l 75 ohm sections. Remember to include
the coax velocity factor.
