If there is a transponder sent to the moon it would also be possible
to send along scientific payload, which could be offered to different
organisations. this add on, or the possibility of the transponder
being an add on, would reduce the cost of sending it to the moon.
Other related questions, could one reach it with the same amount of
power, or would more power be nessesary and would it be reachable via
FM or AM
