As it was posted on amsat web site since a long time, is it still in the AMSAT goals? Only to know i much i 
should donate to Echo even if i want to double that for Eagle. Is a buck for eagle is a buck less for echo or 
vice et versa. Or a buck is a buck and it is only the final use who matter.

The 2 next sentences remind me some last year discussions.
