[amsat-bb] OT TS-2000

Seems like my TS-2000 only wants to output 10W on UHF.
VHF works fine 100W out. Any one else had this problem ? and if so what was
the fix ?  Mine does adjust but only to 10W turning it up to 50W does
nothing.  Any Help ?
