[amsat-bb] ISS and the Sgates

Hi,

The ISS currently downlinks packets with the following format;
"RS0ISS,RS0ISS-1*,SGATE-11". "APRS" is missing from the start of the packet.

To test whether Sgates and FINDU can successfully detect these packets, I 
sent packets with a similar construction into the local APRS network. These 
are correctly shown on the "Stations heard by.." website.

So.. the Sgates will work with the current ISS THC configuration.
