I'll second what Don posted - MixW is the swiss army knife of soundcard
software. It costs a few bucks, but I have found it very worthwhile.
Also, there is now a MixW hardware adapter that is a USB interface, so it
doesn't take up your soundcard interface. I don't have it, but I'm
seriously considering it based on some early reviews I've read.
