Hi Jim,
I can copy good signals from the ISS and have no trouble decoding them
using soundcard software. However, only the PMS seems to be accessible (see
below). I have tried numerous variations of the ISS callsign in attempts to
use the digi, but without success.
A day to two ago, ZL2TE was able to get some packets through the digi. I
haven't yet been able to ask him what path he was using.
I did see one packet from RS0ISS-1, to GPS. It too, is shown below.
