RE: SO-41

Happy New Year !
Although the Amsat page does indicate that SO-41 is operational it in
fact has not been heard from for quite a long time (several months).
Many attempts have been made to contact people at the Space Research
Institute in Riyadh responsible for Saudisat 1A and unfortunately no
responses have been received as to its condition or status at this time
that I am aware of.
I guess my suggestion would be to continue monitoring it and possibly it
will surface again.
I listen for it quite often so keeps listening and watching the BB and
if and when it comes on I am confident the word will get out.
