[amsat-bb] AO-40 XPONDER opening!

My tracking programs tell me with the actual alon/alat a squint lower than 30 on orbit 1459 from MA 20 to 121 
and on orbit 1460 between MA 39 to 167 are we aproaching the passband opening?
