[amsat-bb] AO-27 Questions

1. Where can I find when AO-27 is turned on?
2. On last nightspass, I was having a rain storm. Does clouds obscure 
the signal from AO-27?

I am very excited about working AO-27 in the very near future. I just 
built an Arrow style Yagi and I can recieve well, haven't had a chance 
to work the bird yet though.
