[amsat-bb] Satellites for SKN

Hi,

Since, from Stacey's last bulletin, the AO-40 transponder is likely to be
off on 1 January, and AO-10 is still in indefinite hibernation mode, we are
faced with a distinct shortage of satellites through which to operate SKN.

Fortunately, however, FO-29 is in excellent working order, and AO-7 is
available as well.  SKN activity, then, will concentrate on those two birds.
